For a long time I always ask myself how to communicate with foreigner, how to study abroad, .... so the best way is good at foreigner language with English is the best choice. IELTS is the key to get this purpose. Nowadays, with the rapid Internet development, every one easy to get a lot of document to study IELTS by your self if they do not want to follow the English center. After reading a lot of resources about IELTS topics, I realize that I should follow step by step to learning.

My some ways to learn IELTS [International English Language Testing System ]
1. Start with searching the web.
There you will find a lot of information about test, e.g. The test format, how many sections it has or the time for each sections, etc.
2. Try to find out your weak points and start working on them.
For example if you are not so strong in the writing section then you should start with this and eventually you will like it, or if you have difficulties in the speaking skill then start to talk and think in English, as there no better way to learning speaking. If you think in English you will be able to express yourself more naturally.
3. Reading
Start reading newspapers, journals and articles ad you should be well informed about the current issues used for speaking and the writing topics. You can discuss those issues with your friends in English as that'll help you to prepare better for both sections.
4. Listening
Listen to the BBC and CNN, or watch British movies, shows and music. Spend 30 minutes on listening to the BBC news everyday if you are not a native speaker.
5. Choose an achievable goal
To obtain the satisfactory IELTS Band Score, it is necessary to be realistic. Your skill and dedication must match your overall goal for English proficiency. It is important to know what an IELTS score in any of the Sub-tests means before you set yourself a goal.
6. Practice, practice, practice.
Set aside the most hours you can spare each day to practice English for all four Subtests. Do not concentrate only on your weakest areas. Be regular in your practice, and give yourself a rest between tasks. Take at least one day out of your week to rest and forget the test completely. It is best not to leave any long intervals between your practice and your test.
7. Increase your personal speed.
In the IELTS, time is your enemy. Candidates who have taken the test and did not perform as well as they had hoped often complain that they were unable to give all the answers in the Listening Test because the tap ea too fast, and that they ran out of time in the Reading Test. To begin with, do not worry if you do not finish the test. Remenber, the test is designed to measure candidates over rang of scores for, 0 to 9. Candiate whose English is near perfect can expect to score 9 , but even native English-speaking people would be unlike to complete every Listening Test answer perfectly or finish the Reading Test a long time before the examination ends.
